Our Strategic Plan is built upon our vision ‘a world where counselling is there as soon as it’s needed’ . We know that seeking support through counselling can be a big step to take and access to help needs to be available as soon as it can be, but that can be challenging when the demand is so high. We won’t get it right every time, but we aim to continuously enhance our existing service while also exploring new avenues for expansion and diversification.
