Would you like to help people who need our counselling but struggle to afford it by leaving a gift in your will to Bright Light?

Whether you have used our services or know someone who has benefited from Bright Light, leaving a gift in your will would help make a real difference to someone in need of therapeutic support.

However large or small, your legacy would enable Bright Light to support people who feel stressed or isolated and could benefit from having a safe and confidential place to talk. You will be sponsoring counselling sessions for people who have little or no money as well as supporting our charity to reach more people.

What is a Legacy?

A legacy is a specific gift in your will. It could either be a sum of money, an item or it could be a share of the value of your estate after all bills have been paid and all considerations to family and friends have been honoured.

Leaving a gift to a charity has the added bonus of being exempt from tax, so it may reduce the amount of inheritance tax that is due from your estate.
